2025-2026 Chevrolet Equinox Precut Ceramic Window Tint Kit

This kit is cut for the fully-redesigned 2025+ Equinox. It does NOT fit the 2018-2024 previous-generation Equinox — separate fitment for that.

Not included in any package: sunroof / moonroof glass, which is a separate Sunroof Glass Only option when your vehicle has it.

Prior experience: No prior tint experience required, but read the install guide first. The redesigned Equinox door glass is friendly. The larger rear window heat-shrinks easily from the outside.

You'll need: spray bottle (a few drops of baby shampoo + water), soft and hard squeegees, microfiber towels, a bright work light.
For the rear window: a heat gun or steamer to shrink the film — used outside the car only. Never bring a heat gun inside the cabin.

The film

Union Window Films CeramicIR® nano-ceramic film — no metal layers, no interference with radio, GPS, phone, or toll-tag signals.

• Infrared heat rejection: shade-specific, from 74.3% (70% VLT) to 87.6% (5% VLT), per Union's published CeramicIR specifications.
• UV rejection: 99.99% of UVA/UVB, on every shade including 70% — the shade you can barely see still blocks the rays that fade interiors and damage skin.
• Fade behavior: ceramic film holds its color. The purple, blotchy fade you see on old tint is dyed film — a different technology.

Pick a street-legal shade

Tint law is state-by-state and applies to the combined darkness of film plus your factory glass. In Texas, front side windows must let in more than 25% of light — choose 35% or lighter for front doors for street use in TX; darker shades belong on rear windows. Free 30-day returns and exchanges

• Every return and exchange is free — including the return shipping. Every kit can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — no restocking fees, no questions about why. Opened, partially installed, or wasted film is all covered. Even professional installers waste film sometimes; if your install doesn't go as planned, don't throw anything away.
• The one condition: send back the film pieces (used or unused) together with the original shipping tube — everything rolled back into the tube with the original packing, ends capped and taped. Returning the material and tube, neatly packaged, is what keeps returns free for everyone. After you submit the return form, we email you a prepaid return label — you pay nothing to ship it back. Returns that are forcefully stuffed into the tube or intentionally damaged can't be accepted.

Good to know before your first install

• Freshly installed tint always looks its worst on day one. Streaks, haze, and small water pockets are normal and clear as the film dries over 1–2 weeks. Air bubbles and trapped debris, however, never go away — work clean and take your time.
• Never cut film on the car. Every panel in this kit is precut so no blade ever needs to touch your paint, glass, or seals — that is the point of precut.
