REFUND POLICY

FOUNDING 100 GUARANTEE — LIMITED-TIME LAUNCH OFFER
For our first 100 customers only, HMU4TINT is offering a no-questions-asked free return within 30 days of delivery. This guarantee is our way of proving the product and building trust as we launch.
How it works:
- Available to the first 100 orders placed after the launch date, on a first-come, first-served basis. Once 100 orders have been fulfilled, this offer ends and the standard return terms below apply.
- You have 30 days from delivery to request the return. Email hmu4tint@hmu4tint.com with your order number to start it.
- No questions asked. It is fine if the kit has been opened or the film has been dry-fit to the glass to check size — we understand you may want to inspect before committing.
- The complete order must be returned. Every included piece of film and any accessories that came in the kit must be sent back together, in the original packaging.
- HMU4TINT covers return shipping. We will email you a prepaid return label.
- After the return is received and confirmed complete, you receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
What voids the Founding 100 Guarantee:
- A missing or incomplete order. All film panels and included items must come back together.
- Film that has been fully applied, additionally trimmed, torn, creased, or otherwise damaged beyond a dry-fit inspection.
- A return started after the 30-day window from delivery.
Because each precut window tint kit is prepared for a specific vehicle, the terms below apply to all other orders and after the Founding 100 offer ends.
STANDARD RETURN WINDOW
Unopened, unused kits in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Film that has been opened, applied, additionally cut, damaged during installation, or otherwise altered is not eligible for return under the standard policy.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the vehicle information submitted with your order, email hmu4tint@hmu4tint.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number, vehicle information, and clear photos showing the issue. After reviewing the claim, HMU4TINT may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. We cover return shipping when the issue is confirmed to be our error.
EXCHANGES
Unopened and unused kits may be exchanged for a different vehicle fit or coverage option. Price differences and customer-paid return shipping may apply.
Email hmu4tint@hmu4tint.com before returning anything. Do not send a product back until return instructions have been provided.
REFUND PROCESSING
After an eligible return is received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
For standard returns that are not caused by damage, a defect, our error, or the Founding 100 Guarantee, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
INSTALLATION RESULTS
DIY installation requires careful handling, surface preparation, and suitable installation conditions. Film damaged by contamination, creasing, improper handling, incorrect placement, excessive heat, wind, or installation technique is not considered defective.
WARRANTY CONCERNS
For a product-quality concern discovered after installation, email hmu4tint@hmu4tint.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will review the information and explain the available resolution.
PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION
Professional installation appointments are governed by the cancellation and rescheduling terms shown when the service is booked. Those terms are separate from this product return policy.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Opened, applied, additionally cut, or altered film cannot be returned under the standard policy. The Founding 100 Guarantee above is the only exception during the launch period. Gift cards and clearly identified custom or special-order items are final sale, except where required by law.
