These Terms of Service govern your use of hmu4tint.com and purchases from HMU4TINT. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We work to keep product descriptions, vehicle-fit information, coverage options, images, and prices accurate. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
If a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment already collected.
VEHICLE INFORMATION AND FIT
You are responsible for providing the correct vehicle year, make, model, body style, and requested coverage. Product fit depends on the information submitted with your order.
Contact hmu4tint@hmu4tint.com before installation if the supplied film appears inconsistent with your vehicle or order.
WINDOW TINT LAWS
Visible-light-transmission requirements and other window tint regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change.
You are responsible for confirming that your selected film and its intended placement comply with applicable laws before installation. HMU4TINT does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for citations, fines, inspection results, or required removal resulting from a customer’s selection or use.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and payment authorization. We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud, payment issues, unavailable materials, or material product-information errors.
If HMU4TINT cancels a paid order, the collected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
The HMU4TINT Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are incorporated into these terms. Review both policies before placing an order.
DIY INSTALLATION
DIY kits require careful handling, surface preparation, and suitable installation conditions. Results may be affected by technique, contamination, temperature, wind, and other conditions outside HMU4TINT’s control.
Follow the instructions supplied with the product. Film damaged during installation is not considered defective unless the damage resulted from a confirmed manufacturing defect.
PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION
Professional installation, when booked separately, is governed by the appointment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms shown at booking.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use this website or its content for unlawful activity, interfere with website security or operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe the rights of HMU4TINT or others.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
HMU4TINT branding, text, graphics, photographs, product information, and other website content are owned by HMU4TINT or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website may use or link to third-party services. HMU4TINT is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, availability, or privacy practices.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HMU4TINT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, products, or installation services.
