Why ceramic tint on your Ranger
- More glass facing the sun. A pickup cab has upright door glass and a large back glass, and it heats up fast when parked. Union Ceramic IR blocks 74.3% to 87.6% of infrared heat, depending on shade, and 99%+ of UV in every shade.

Which tint shade should I choose for my Ford Ranger?
70% is the lightest shade and 5% the darkest. Heat rejection rises as the film gets darker, but even 70% is rated at 74.3% infrared rejection, so you can cut heat without going dark. Front side windows usually have stricter limits than rear glass, so check your state's tint law before you choose.
