Shipping
- Processing time: 1-3 business days before your order ships.
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days in transit.
- Express shipping: 1-3 business days in transit.
- Tracking number emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
- Unopened, unused kits: returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Opened or applied kits: not eligible for return or exchange, since film is cut for a specific vehicle.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos to request approval for a free replacement or full refund.
- Exchanges (e.g. different vehicle fit or coverage option): email hmu4tint@hmu4tint.com with your order number to request approval before sending anything back.
- Returns, exchanges, and claims without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
