Shipping

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days before your order ships.
  • Standard shipping: typically 3–7 business days in transit after shipment.
  • Express shipping: typically 1–3 business days in transit after shipment.
  • Tracking number emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Free returns and exchanges, no matter what: every kit is returnable or exchangeable within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price or a replacement — no restocking fees, no questions about why. Opened, partially installed, or wasted film is all covered. Even pros waste film sometimes.
  • We pay the return shipping: after you create your free HMU4TINT account and submit the return form at hmu4tint.com/pages/returns, we email you a prepaid return label. You pay nothing to ship it back. For lower-value kits we may simply refund you and tell you to keep the film.
  • The one condition: send back all the film pieces (used or unused) together with the original shipping tube — everything rolled back into the tube with the original packing, ends capped and taped, packaged with the same care we shipped it with. Returning the material and tube is what keeps returns free for everyone. Returns that are forcefully stuffed into the tube, crushed, or intentionally damaged can't be accepted.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we provide a free replacement or full refund and cover all shipping when the issue is ours.
  • Exchanges (e.g. different vehicle fit or coverage option): start at the same form — we ship your exchange as soon as your return tracking number is in, with shipping covered both ways (price differences apply).
