Pre-cut ceramic window tint kit for the 2008–2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab

A DIY window tint kit cut for the 2008–2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab (2nd/3rd Gen). Each piece is cut to order from Union Ceramic IR film on our 53-inch plotter, so it arrives already cut for this vehicle's glass and there is no trimming on the vehicle.

  • Fits model years: 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 Ford F350 Crew Cab.
  • Complete Kit: every side window (both front doors and both rear doors, plus any vent or quarter glass) and the back glass. The Complete Kit is rated 4/5 for DIY difficulty (door windows 2/5 and back glass 3/5).
  • Back glass: choose a one-piece rear window or a 3-piece slider set to match your truck.
  • Sold separately: the windshield strip, full windshield (off-road use only) and sunroof glass (if equipped).
  • Heat and UV: choose 70%, 50%, 35%, 20%, 15% or 5% VLT (lower is darker). Union rates Ceramic IR at 74.3% (70%) to 87.6% (5%) infrared rejection and 99%+ UV rejection.
  • Free warm-up sheet in every order: a 1 ft x 1 ft sheet to try the technique before your first window.
  • DIY preparation: clean glass and seals; heat-form every window that is not perfectly flat. Have your tools and slip solution ready.
  • Free U.S. shipping: typically 1–3 business days to prepare, plus 3–7 business days in transit.
  • Free 30-day returns and same-vehicle exchanges. Account, packaging and eligibility requirements are below.

Why ceramic tint on your F-350 Super Duty

  • More glass facing the sun. A pickup cab has upright door glass and a large back glass, and it heats up fast when parked. Union Ceramic IR blocks 74.3% to 87.6% of infrared heat, depending on shade, and 99%+ of UV in every shade.
  • Factory privacy glass is not heat-rejecting film. Many trucks leave the factory with dark rear glass and clear front doors. Start with Front Doors (2 Windows), or tint every side window and the back glass with the Complete Kit.
  • Cut for your cab and back glass. Choose the coverage that matches your rear glass: fixed back glass, or the 3-piece slider where it is offered.

Coverage and vehicle fit

Your kit contains precut film for the coverage and shade you select. Check all pieces against your vehicle before application; do not trim film on the car. If you are unsure of a pattern, send us your vehicle details and a photo before ordering.

Fits: 2008-2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab (2nd/3rd Gen) only. Pieces arrive already cut for this vehicle's glass.

Order ceramic window film cut on our 53-inch professional plotter for the 2008-2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab (2nd/3rd Gen) (second- and third-generation Super Duty). Choose a complete sides-and-back kit, a window pair, or a single replacement piece, then select your shade.

Fitment: This listing covers the 2008-2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab (2nd/3rd Gen): four full-size doors. The SuperCab and Regular Cab are not this kit. Shade choices and different front/rear shades

Choose from the shade options listed above: 70%, 50%, 35%, 20%, 15%, 5%. VLT means visible light transmission; lower percentages are darker. A film shade label does not establish the final light transmission through your existing glass.

Each selected coverage uses one shade for all included pieces. For different front and rear shades, add Front Doors (2 Windows) in one shade and Rear Doors + Back Glass in another. Match each selection to your glass and avoid overlapping pieces.

Window-tint requirements vary by location and glass position. Check the requirements for your vehicle before selecting a shade, including any full-windshield and windshield-strip restrictions. The buyer is responsible for choosing film permitted for the intended application. See the tint-law guide.

DIY tools, preparation and time

Precut means the outline is ready. Installation still requires careful cleaning, preparation and heat forming. Clean the glass and surrounding seals, edges and trim before applying the film. This is a DIY kit: you install it yourself.

Tools to have on hand: a film-safe squeegee with a handle, a heat gun, a spray bottle of slip solution, microfiber towels and a tuck tool (a long, thin plastic tool for tucking film behind the seals). A small hard card helps with finishing touches like small bubbles, and a long-handled squeegee reaches the parts of the windshield and back glass a normal one can't. Slip solution is water with a drop of baby soap. Distilled water is best but not required, and travel-size baby soap is often at your nearest store. Ready-made tint solution works too.

Heat forming is required on every window unless the glass is perfectly flat. Film shrinks in one direction only—vertical or horizontal on the window, depending on how the piece was cut. Confirm the shrink direction before heating. Use low heat, light pressure and patience. Overheating can melt the film; pressing an unshrunk finger flat can leave a permanent crease.

For roll-up windows: the film must tuck behind the side and bottom gaskets so it does not catch on the seal. Where the vehicle design allows, removing the door panel and removable bottom seal can make access easier for beginners. Follow vehicle-specific instructions and allow extra preparation time.

Plan your working time. These are experienced-installer baselines, not promises for a first DIY attempt. Add up the windows in your selected coverage, then allow extra time for learning, old-tint removal, preparation and cleanup. Curing is separate.

  • Door window: about 45 minutes each; a front-door pair: about 90 minutes.
  • Quarter window: about 30 minutes each.
  • Rear glass: about 1 hour.
  • Full windshield: about 2 hours.
  • Small rectangular sunroof: about 30 minutes.
  • Large panoramic roof, including a Tesla panoramic roof: about 3 hours.

These times describe glass types, not what is included in this kit. Only the coverage you select is supplied. Difficulty ratings are guidance; they do not guarantee installation time.

After application: trapped water can evaporate with time; larger water pockets take longer. Air bubbles do not disappear on their own. The guide explains bubbles, immediate debris removal, curing and aftercare.

Union Ceramic IR film specifications

All film options use Union Ceramic IR. The shade choices are 70%, 50%, 35%, 20%, 15%, and 5%; these are nominal shade labels, not a guarantee of the light transmission of your glass after installation.

Union lists infrared rejection from 74.3% for Ceramic 70 to 87.6% for Ceramic 05 (up to 87.6% infrared rejection), and 99%+ UV rejection for each of its six CeramicIR shades. These are manufacturer-published specifications; infrared rejection is not the same measurement as total solar-energy rejection. View Union's CeramicIR specifications.

Ford F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab tint kit questions

Will this kit fit my 2016 Ford F350 Crew Cab?

It fits the 2008–2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab (2nd/3rd Gen), model years 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Kits are cut by year range and body style, so other Ford F-350 Super Duty body styles and years have their own kits (linked above). Not sure which one you have? Email us your vehicle details and a photo before ordering.

What does the Complete Kit include for the Ford F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab?

Every side window (both front doors and both rear doors, plus any vent or quarter glass) and the back glass. The windshield strip, full windshield (off-road use only) and sunroof glass (if equipped) are sold separately. The Complete Kit is rated 4/5 for DIY difficulty (door windows 2/5 and back glass 3/5).

Which tint shade should I choose for my Ford F-350 Super Duty?

70% is the lightest shade and 5% the darkest. Heat rejection rises as the film gets darker, but even 70% is rated at 74.3% infrared rejection, so you can cut heat without going dark. Front side windows usually have stricter limits than rear glass, so check your state's tint law before you choose.
